Only 14 km away from the city of Varna the famous complex is located, which has a hotel, mehana (traditional bulgarian restaurant), barbeque, cheverme, wine cellar, summer garden, equestrian centre, international pigeon racetrack and guarded parking lot.

A lovely place with a rich variety of offers for a complete rest in authentic bulgarian athmosphere, with possibilities for various entertainments, such as horse riding (free or with an instructor), equestrian tourism, trips with a carriage, sled or cart, offroad with a jeep or ATV, a trip with helicopter on a chosen route, organising of picnics, a pigeon show, a pond with fish and crabs, 17 uniquely styled and furnished rooms, 3 appartments, an indivudual guest house, mehana with 120 seats, a summer garden with 150 seats, wine cellar with tasting of homemade wines and rakiya (bulgarian grape brandy), homemade meals, made on oven, cheverme, homemade bread, etc.

Equestrian centre "Kalimantsi" raises 60 horses from the breeds: Appaloosa, Thoroughbred english (Kalimanski han has a sports club and develops a competition activity in Bulgaria and abroad), Tinker (for amateur and tourist riding), ponies and Trotter breed. With the horses also a breeding activity is being developed. The elite stable has 39 horse boxes, a bathroom for horses and conditions for raising horses according to european standards. The centre offers a grass arena with an area of 6 dka and equipment for advanced and beginner riders (two types of saddle - western and classical, upon customer's choice). The services, which are bing offered with the help of qualified instructors on horse riding: 

Beginner training: 45 minutes – 20 leva

Pony riding: 25 minutes: – 10 leva/with guide – 15 leva

Riding in the nature: 45 minutes – 15 leva /with guide: 45 minutes – 20 leva

A trip with carried, cart and sled: prices upon negotiation.
